Award naming recognition does not imply sponsor involvement in paper review, award selection, or challenge outcome decisions. Award selection remains fully independent and is handled by the workshop organizers, program committee, award committee, or challenge organizers as appropriate.

All sponsors also receive standard visibility benefits — website logo, sponsor profile, opening / closing acknowledgment, and selected social media recognition.

Sponsorship Principles

Sponsorship and naming recognition are intended to support FinNLP, FinEval, and the broader financial NLP and financial AI community. Award selection remains fully independent and is determined by the workshop organizers, program committee, award committee, or challenge organizers, as appropriate. Sponsors are not required or expected to participate in the review process, award committee, or challenge judging process.

Influence over paper review or acceptance decisions
Access to confidential submissions, reviews, reviewer identities, or author identities during review
Preferential treatment for sponsor-affiliated submissions
Control over award selection or challenge outcomes
Control over workshop content, speaker selection, or program decisions
Endorsement of sponsor products or services by ACL, EMNLP, SIG-FinTech, FinNLP, FinEval, or The Fin AI

All sponsorship arrangements must comply with applicable ACL, EMNLP, SIG-FinTech, and workshop policies, as well as conflict-of-interest, academic integrity, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
